The Job:

Are you punctual, hard-working, and ready to get your hands dirty? As part of our crew, you'll tackle paving stone, retaining wall, landscaping, water and fire installations with finesse. Here's the lowdown:

Hours: This will range throughout the week from 7:30am – 9:00am start and a 5:00 – 6:30 end time. Occasional hours on Saturday and Sunday dependent on weather and other conditions.

Qualifications: Experience in paving stone and/or retaining wall installations is a plus, but if you're accountable, responsible, and willing to learn, we want to hear from you!

· Experience in paving stone and/or retaining wall installations is an asset

Physical Requirements:

· Comfortable repeatedly lifting 50+ lbs,

· Getting dirty, and working in all weather conditions.

Education, Licenses & Equipment:

· High school diploma

· Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract is required.

· Reliable transportation to and from work is essential.

· Skid-steer and trailer experience will give you major bonus points.

Position Type: This is a full-time, year-round salaried position. While sales performance is measured primarily during the April–October construction season, team members are expected to continue developing opportunities and relationships during the off-season.

The Job:

Are you motivated, self-starting, and passionate about landscaping and hardscaping? As a Sales Associate, you will:

• Be provided with clear, measurable KPI targets for revenue, leads, and project conversion to track your success and ensure accountability.

• Convert qualified leads into signed contracts, success in this role is measured by results. Performance is critical and hitting targets is required to succeed in this role.

• Work a balanced sales pipeline of company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities through networking, referrals, and relationship building.

• Conduct onsite visits and client meetings.

• Prepare conceptual landscape and hardscape layouts and ideas to guide clients (Realtime Landscape is an asset, not required).

• Clearly communicate designs and project intent to the estimating team to ensure smooth project planning.

• Follow up on client communications to ensure a smooth process from interest to contract.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and client communications using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Gmail, and LMN (Landscape Management Network).

• Carry and deliver samples to clients (up to 50 lbs).

• Always be a team player and professional with clients and coworkers.

• Explore opportunities for sales during the off-season (November – March).

• Perform other related duties as required

Hours: Primarily Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm with some evenings or weekends required to meet with clients and

attend networking events.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in landscaping or hardscaping is ideal (3+ years preferred, but strong candidates with other relevant experience considered).

• Strong sales skills with accountability for meeting targets.

• Own vehicle for travel to client sites, networking events, and meetings.

• Ability to conceptualize landscape/hardscape designs and communicate ideas effectively to clients and team members.

• Must be a responsible leader with an instinct to take initiative.

• Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, Gmail, and LMN is an asset.

• Familiarity with Realtime Landscape is an asset.

• Experience with other design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar programs is also considered an asset.

• Knowledge of common hardscaping materials and product systems is an asset, including familiarity with brands such as Techo-Bloc, Barkman, and Belgard.

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable spending time onsite in all weather conditions.

• Willingness to walk properties, evaluate layouts, and occasionally assist in practical design assessments.

• Able to carry samples to clients (up to 50 lbs).
